My purpose is to equip churches with the insight, knowledge, and experience necessary to fully operate in the five-fold ministry. This is achieved by honoring God through both internal and external ministry, facilitated by discipleship, experience, and knowledge.

· Extensive experience in mentoring and collaborating with team leaders, support church staff and volunteers, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment with robust leadership development.
· Facilitator and leader to encourage spiritual growth and discipleship through the development and implementation of small group ministries, Bible studies, and other educational programs.
