My current position mainly consists of Running Layout, Framing, Sheathing, and Setting of Long, Interior, Shipping, Marriage and end Walls for Modular Units in the Aumsville Plant as well as assisting in other tasks as needed including Floor Framing, some Trim work, Demolition and more.

In this position my responsibilities included reading of plans/cut lists, running layout, complete step by step framing and sheathing of floors for modular units in the Aumsville Plant. Additional tasks frequently included helping in the Wall Department as needed and sometimes helping Lease Fleet with Remodels,

Note - During this time I worked part time for the following businesses: Action General Contracting, briefly did side work in construction, and worked for BMBC as a Forklift operator before ending the internship with Bison Industries and moving to my current job at Willscot

• Duties included: Forklift operating and loading/unloading customer vehicles
• Accurately identifying material types/sizes and effectively helping customers
• Gained/improved customer service skills through positive interactions and working to help provide material needed in a timely manner

Briefly assisted friends with residential demolition/construction projects and continued learning to work safely, effectively, and quickly

• Jobs included demoing/building decks, demo work, roofing, painting, concrete work, and more
• Entrusted with getting work done independently and in a timely manner

• Participated in a project to construct housing units at a conference/retreat center
• Tasks mainly included framing/sheathing, finish work/flooring, roofing, exterior trim, as well as helping to maintain/run the property and preparing for&coordinating large events
• Regularly worked 6-7 days per week

• Staged items at destination according to Real Estate agents requests in order to prepare house for tours
• Safely and strategically loaded furniture as ordered by supervisors
• Helped with loading, unloading several times each day

• Learned the basics of finish carpentry with LF&I (interior trim) Learned to work first precisely then quickly
• Learned to measure accurately throughout the house + write a cut list, cutting trim (mainly mdf) to proper length: baseboard, shelving, some window/door trim, and more

• Adapted quickly to my boss's system of working in an efficient and timely manner
• Mostly painted interior walls with rollers, which includes masking, priming, painting, removal of masking (sometimes before paint dried), and overall gained a good understanding/ability to paint properly
