As a Operation Technician 2 I assigned work to fork lift and clamp truck drivers. As well as assisting with replenishments and various day to day problems. We were also cross trained to cover the Welcome Center (Guard Shack) helping truck drivers with inbounds, outbounds, as well as directing visitors around the the facility. Various computer systems used included SAP, WMS, 4-Kite and tableau.

• I have breaks and lunches among other assignments in safety, covering key positions: Mixing, proofer/oven, divider operator, set up, and bake shop helper
• I also did set up for line 2
• Set up position included breaking down and changing out parts of equipment sometimes involving a crane.

• Responsible for the ordering and picking of all parts needed to build powder spray booths
• Keeping track of inventory, and also dropping off and picking up of oxidized parts.
