Professional Summary
A dedicated educational leader with over 15 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and school administration, I specialize in creating positive learning environments and fostering student growth. With a background in Special Education and a strong commitment to individualized support, I have consistently demonstrated success in adapting instruction to meet diverse student needs, particularly in middle school settings. As a current Special Education Teacher at Randolph Middle School, I design and implement multisensory lessons that cater to students with language-based learning disabilities, while also integrating Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and Positive Behavioral Interventions (PBIS).
In addition to my teaching role, I have extensive leadership experience, having served as a Head Coach for boys’ ice hockey, mentored student-athletes in the college recruitment process, and worked on a variety of school committees, including safety and emergency response. I have a proven track record of managing extracurricular programs, developing staff, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and community members. My passion for student-centered leadership is further reflected in my service as a Graduation Grand Marshall and my ongoing participation in school-wide committees focused on student safety and well-being.
Having earned a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, along with several certifications, I am seeking to leverage my teaching and leadership expertise to contribute as a Vice Principal in a dynamic middle school environment.
