- Planted Harbor City Church in 2022 along with 2 other staff. As of the end of 2024, Harbor City Church has 200+ in attendance, over 100 members, and a combined revenue stream across ministry areas of 1.6M+.
- Upon merging Harbor City Church with Carolina Bay Church, I was tasked with turning the Daycare, associated with the church losing roughly $10,000 to $15,000 a month, profitable. As of the end of 2024, the Daycare is now profiting $10,000 a month and saving toward a new building.
- Upon merging Harbor City Church with Carolina Bay Church, Harbor City inherited a dilapidated building and property. I have been managing and up-fitting the building including but not limited to, new carpeting, new paint, a new parking lot, a new playground, new a sound system, and new equipment for the daycare amongst other things.
