Summary

Transformational and humanistic would describe my leadership style. In 2019, I was honored to receive the Visionary Leadership Award for Burlington County. I believe that leaders get better results when their community feels valued and like they are part of a team. I have extensive experience training teachers in various districts in classroom management strategies. I have also written a book on the impact of virtual reality in secondary schools. Many of my teachers have gone on to be successful administrators in other districts. I pride myself on my relationships with staff, students, and the community.
