Supervised elementary-aged students (K–6) while collaborating with a small team to organize and lead fun, age-appropriate activities. Communicated regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and patience. Maintained a safe, welcoming environment for children and followed established safety and supervision procedures. Assumed responsibility for an independent classroom of up to 20 children during summer camp, managing daily activities, attendance, behavior, and overall student safety. Supervised groups of children during field trips, maintaining accountability and ensuring their safety in unfamiliar and public environments.

Provided reading and writing instruction to elementary students in grades K–3, working one-on-one and with small groups of up to three students.
