- Develop procedures and techniques for ultrasonic inspections
- Responsible for conducting annual NDT audit to the latest NADCAP checklist
- Conduct annual proficiency reviews for our Bennington ,Vt and Middletown, Ct facilities.
- Maintain a calibrated tool log for the NDT dept
- Establish preventive maintenance schedules for NDT dept
- Radiation Safety Officer - I'm responsible for the Ionizing Radiation generating equipment
- FAA Repairman cert issued for UT & RT non-destructive inspection and final inspections
- Certified to perform UT/RT at several sites. Including Bloomfield, Ct, Bennington, Vt, Middletown Ct.
- Perform ultrasonic inspection on various aerospace parts from raw material to finished parts
- Perform digital and film radiography
- Record and report out of tolerance conditions
- DOJ clearance as an employee processor for in-process inspection of fuzes used in missile systems. These include HARPOON, JPF, PENGUIN, FIRE BURST, AMRAAM, JASSM.
