Taskers play a crucial role in order fulfillment, ensuring that customer orders are processed promptly and accurately. They may pick items from shelves, pack them, and prepare them for shipping. They inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies during the receiving and shipping processes. Maintaining quality standards is essential. Their main focus is to make sure all orders are completed with both an audit and manifest to meet the SLA with our customer to meet the daily goal. They take part in problem solving in each step of the process. They also take part in creating waves through WMS to start and continue the work in the warehouse throughout the shift. It is essential that we as taskers have effective communication with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and management for smooth operations.
