- I have developed a highly skilled operations team to support all Synoptek’s customers. Our skills range from physical hardware, servers, SAN/NAS to virtual systems. We offer hosting within our datacenter and we manage our customers on-prem, Cloud and hybrid work loads. I have many groups within my team that specialize in specific skill sets. Storage, which would be 14 different SAN’s today along with NAS devices. As well as my primary team that manages VMWare, MS Windows and Linux. Additionally I have a team that does backups, which manages over 73PB of backup storage. My teams work with each other and then extend to the greater organization to assist with Pre-sales and Professional Services. We also work closely with our other support teams as an escalation team so our customers experience a seamless working team.
