Billing system spanned several different platforms, interfaces, and languages: VMS, UNIX, Java

Executed the billing process from end to end in support of many various upgrades and enhancements over a 20+ year period

· Developed and used API's and web-services in SoapUI and VMS environments

Created, enhanced, and used CSI, OFM, and ICAN based web-services in support of customer payment posting and account updates

· Created database SQL scripts for personal, team and production support in Oracle and RDB

· Performed migration of customers from various service providers into the joint billed billing system of record

Mapped source data to target database structure and data renaming
