Over the years, I have developed strong skills to suit the needs of either a retail environment OR a restaurant environment. I am skilled in many facets of both fields and can adapt to fit either one sufficiently. I am fairly easy to work with and will offer suggestions on how to improve the overall effectiveness of the team but also not sacrificing customer service for it. I believe that a friendly greeting and intense focus on what the customer wants, the customer will become a regular and will tell their friends and/or family about their experience which will in turn, drive sales more. I prefer that a customer walk away from an interaction with me with a smile on their face knowing I helped them to the best of my ability. In the restaurant field I have gained skills with trimming various cuts of beef for use in a smoker, the safe and proper use of a restaurant appropriate dishwasher. I know how to lead effectively and achieve the goals set out by my supervisor. While I can work as part of a team, I can also be trusted to work alone on projects and will not hesitate to ask questions if I cannot figure out what was asked of me.
