Having served part time on WinShape Retreat staff in various capacities over the past 4 years, I am very familiar with the organization's core values and desire to share in its mission to minister to our guests through grace-based hospitality and second mile service. I believe the experience I have had in costumer service with both WinShape and Chick-fil-A has effectively equipped me to carry out the responsibilities this position requires. Dependability, servant leadership, knowledge of role responsibilities, proficiency, initiative, and problem solving are all skills that I would bring to the Guest Experiences team.
