When i first started I was doing market research which entailed gathering data via live phone calls conducting surveys. I was a year later promoted to quality assurance monitoring. This entailed monitoring live phone calls to ensure quality, giving feedback to our clients as far as the results of the calls monitored, coaching and providing feedback to our associates conducting the calls, giving shift briefings to keep our associates informed of our expectations, goals, and feedback we had received from our clients. I also provided customer service as needed in regards to any questions our customers might have with the surveys we conduct, and the data that we gather.

Installed and configured broadband routers and modems according to company standards. Diagnosed and troubleshot system faults, identifying equipment issues and resolutions. Maintained updated knowledge of all equipment, products, and services to properly educate customers. Evaluated equipment to determine if it needed to be repaired or replaced.

Served food and beverages promptly with focused attention to customer needs. Also worked with POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle complimentary items. Cultivated warm relationships with regular customers, as well as cleaning and organizing dining areas to uphold restaurant hygiene standards. Resolved customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain positive reputation, and explained menu items and suggested appropriate options for food allergy concerns.
