Extensive experience with bridge construction projects while working for the State of Maine DOT. Oversight responsibilities have included all aspects of contract and plan administration, quality assurance, and quality control.

During this period, acted as a Resident Engineer on over 30 projects, many multiyear and at times multiple projects. Also assigned as a senior inspector approximately a dozen bridge projects.
