Presently working as the Resident Engineer on the International Bridge project in Madawaska, ME USA & Edmundston NB Canada.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assuring compliance with the contract and specifications.
  • Measuring, tracking, and documenting quantities of all items in the contract.
  • Approving or rejecting materials or work performed.
  • Keeping a constriction record.
  • Preparing progress estimates.
  • Authorized to make project related decisions during the construction of this project, including interpretations, clarifications, problem solving and questions related to the construction. This may include conferencing with the designer and contractor on construction problems arising during the progress of the work in order to recommend changes as indicated by field conditions.
  • In addition to coordination of the work with various state and federal agencies, this project requires coordination with similar agencies in the province of New Brunswick and the Government of Canada.
