Recruiter: Working closely with hiring managers to fill current job openings by recruiting, sourcing, researching, screening and interviewing potential candidates.Works with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills required to fill vacant positions. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. Sourcing for various roles including sales, marketing, finance and other corporate functions. To build continuous pipelines. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
