Owned and operated several Five Guys Burgers Locations in Hudson County NJ.

Responsible for leasing spaces for restaurants. Responsible for procuring contractors to build out 2000 to 3000 square foot spaces. Including ordering all equipment.

Once open I was responsible for hiring, ordering, payroll, etc.

Responsible for all maintenance and upkeep.

Became Chairman of the franchisee committee from 2011 to 2014. Coordinated meetings on issues with over 100 franchisees and the franchisor in Lorton, VA.

Worked as a Specialist Broker on the floor of the N.Y.S.E. Member of the NYSE from May 1994 to June 2007. Responsible for making markets in specific stocks including Waste Management and UPS. Managed 10 other specialists in making markets in their stocks.

Responsible for bringing new stocks to the floor of the NYSE through the interview process with company CEO's. Responsible for listing MasterCard in 2004.

Did daily televison spots from the floor of the NYSE for CNBC.
