  • Hired as site lead in Austin and the first business partner to engineering teams in Austin, Seattle, and Santa Clara, working with stakeholders to determine needed skill sets, crafting all job descriptions, and conducting compensation analysis, onboarding, and exit interviews
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) on aligning compensation organization-wide (beyond engineering-focused talent scope)
