• Volunteered on the 6th Floor (Cardiovascular, Stroke & Telemetry). Completed tasks such as answering the phone, assisting patients, breaking down patient medical records and discharging patients. Volunteered as a Covid Screener, checked temperatures and symptoms of people entering the hospital. Volunteered at the south and north entrance information desk helping give people directional advice and answering the telephone. Worked in Pre Opp by assisting staff in admitting patients into the surgical ward, Taking vitals (such as weight, height, and temperature) and then directing patients to their designated room and instructing them on how to properly cleans themselves before their surgery. Worked in Post Opp by assisting staff in discharging patients, and restocking rooms for future patients.
