Quality Assurance and Sales Support for DOCSIS and Packet Cable Gateway Products. My primary focus was pre&post sales support, TR-069 testing, wireless testing and CM/CMTS testing. Responsible for helping to ensure all manufactured products meet company and industry quality standards. Track the development process of a product and code drop scheduling. Implementation of tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. Provide proactive maintenance and installation of Lab space equipment that includes all CMTS: cBR-8, OM4120, CASA, E6000, and Harmonic. Including all Network equipment.

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results

Support the DOCSIS System Evaluation group in its DOCSIS 3.1 certification testing efforts. Oversee all integration/troubleshooting of PHY efforts for both Averna Jupiter 310 and ePIPHY 3100 DOCSIS 3.1 testing automation platforms. Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, updates and testing of DOCSIS 3.1 cable modems. Assist in the development of vendor product lines. Analyze, debug, and execute tests in alignment with test and Acceptance Test Plans specifications. Collaboration within working groups, Lead Engineers, Cable Modem Vendors, insuring execution and follow-through of agreed plan of action.

Responsible for the verification and support of DOCSIS Security, Multicast, System, OSS, DTI and DSG testing. Cablelabs Video Certification efforts for Cablecards, True2way, STB, TR’s, PVR’s, TRIS, OCCUR. Also supporting Headend efforts, APEX modulators, preventive maintenance, DAC and DNCS. Support the DOCSIS 1.1/2.0/3.0/3.1 Certification testing efforts, adhering to ATP and specification

Installed upgraded network equipment and wiring at Comcast’s Network Operations Center and Children’s Hospital Network. Ensured world-class service quality by collaborating with network administration and server engineers.

Oversaw comprehensive day-to-day operations and maintenance of head-end facilities. Troubleshot wide variety of issues, including those that caused plant outages. Replaced and maintained hard lines and fiber trenching.

Construction of Headend/data/telephony municipalities/MSO sites throughout the United States and Europe.
