Board Member for the Florida League of International Baccalaureate Schools
As the Board Member over Professional Development for the Florida League of International Baccaluareate Schools, I was in charge of collecting and analyzing data in order to determine the needs of the IB schools across the state. I then used that data in the planning and implementation of Professional Development for all members throughout the State of Florida for our Annual Quarterly meetings. I also attended meetings with state lobbyist to gain information on upcoming changes to our state's department of education in order to help revise and effectively inform IB Coordinators across the State of Florida in order to streamline Change Management.
