I have held a managing position through most of my career, whether that is managing my own company and my employees I oversaw, or large number of employees within the departments I ran for other companies. The smallest team of people that I ever run is five and the largest team of people I have ever overseen is in excess of 30. I have an excellent ability to lead through example and inspiration as opposed to having people try to attain department goals through desperation and fear. Having a good understanding of what the goals are on a monthly basis and putting into play a plan to attain them by delegating realistic and attainable goals for the employees so that they feel inspired and have an upbeat attitude to accomplish them. Being able to have the foresight to put together a plan like this is an area that I thrive in. I like leading by example getting in the trenches on a regular basis showing the employees that they work for somebody that understands their job and their position in the company. I find you get the most work out of somebody when they're working for somebody they respect and look up to, and somebody they know has their back. What are these things that allow me to attain the goals that are set for either by myself in my own company or the management above me so that we stay on target stay safe and profitable. I've worked with tools my whole life, I spent a great time as a mechanic, I have also spent years doing masonry work. I've worked new framing construction seeing the inner workings of how the plumbing and electrical layouts go. I've owned my own company as an iron worker with up to 8 employees for 10 years unfortunately I lost it due to Covid. I am excellent with customers and have the ability to upsell services when needed. i am well organized and clean., With the ability to be a team leader as well as Knowing how to take direction and complete giving tasks independently. I have the ability to understand and empathize with customers as to their wants and needs in any given situation. weather that is selling them a product, defusing a irate customer, or guiding them through things they don't understand or are new to. Patience and understanding the customers needs and an understanding of your job is a recipe for succuss. I am reliable, honest and the hardest working person I know.
