
I started Oroville Hospital in the IT Help Desk position. I worked with all departments assisting in troubleshooting computers, printers, faxes, credit card machines, scanners, etc. I later advanced into our Programming office where I worked directly under my CEO with new software rollouts and installs, software upgrades, reporting, data entry, and overseeing the help desk office as first level assistance. I later was assigned to work with Telecom technician and gained experience installing phones, cabling, and managing telephone system. Experienced with telecom system installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of industry-standard protocols and strong communication skills enhance problem resolution and client interaction.
