I worked as an anjunct professor in the Technology programs, handling many different classes.

I interacted well with the students, whether local US based or International based.

I had to step away from this jobs as my work requirements for my main job were increased significantly, and I could not fulfill both Jobs.

I am now retired and would like to step back into teaching at Ensign College.

• Worked Directly for the President of First National Bank of Utah. I was hired specifically to assist the President in transforming this community bank to be competitive in the changing Market Place. We worked together to plan the future of the Bank, and then implemented the changes that were needed. This included new business development opportunities and also streamlining current processes. This included frequent communication with the Board of Directors
• Spearheaded process improvements, leading to increased productivity and effectiveness across the organization''s projects portfolio.
• Strengthened internal collaboration by encouraging open dialogue between departments involved in various stages of the project life cycle.
• Mentored junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development as future leaders in the organization.

• Worked Directly for American Express Card Services and American Express Trave;prs checks and preloaded gift cards. Specialized in managing risk in these two organizations. Led specialized Fraud Teams in both organizations.
• Diversified our work force by moving appropriate work to India and the Phillipines.
