1. Mr. Seever worked independently to coordinate logistical operational efforts between the exchange of multi-departmental collaboration during an isolated disaster affecting hospital business operations.
2. Mr. Seevers' response and actions led to the avoidance of surgical cancellations for patients scheduled months in advance that would have otherwise been waitlisted.
3. Mr. Seever's efforts in analytically assessing product costing and hospital usage records led to the rectification of a budgetary oversight of over $80,000 in hospital supplies being disposed of each year.

Army Accommodation Medal
1. PFC Seever served in the supply room and the arms room for the Rear Detachment Company. With no prior experience or training, PFC Seever educated himself on supply matters in order to successfully function as the Supply clerk. He manually entered every national stock number on the rear detachment property book into PBUSE and organized all the property layouts as well as the associated paperwork unassisted.
2. PFC Seever took over the Rear Detachment arms room and ran it flawlessly; in addition, he received all of the arms room property back from the deployed elements for the company as they returned to Fort Carson. He coordinated with other Armorers and S2 to ensure the Dagger Company arms room passed the Staff Assisted Visit inspection with only one minor deficiency, which was beyond his ability to correct. He ensured the company's arms room operated in accordance with regulations and the battalion's physical security SOP.
3. PFC Seever was instrumental in conducting the company's Change of Command inventories. His intimate knowledge of the supply room, the arms room, and the location and serviceability of equipment led to the Change of Command inventories, valued at over $17 million, with a result of no loss or FLIPL.

Hollywood Casino Toledo Construction and Logistical Consulting
1. Mr. Seever was part of the corporate integration and contract development team to assess the logistical operations for parking development during the construction stages of the Casino.
2. Mr. Seever’s role was to assess the infrastructural development of the parking areas and assist in identifying traffic control concerns, route planning, cash handling procedures, and security threats.
3. Mr. Seever provided excellent coordination to accommodate multi-site staffing needs throughout a Soft Opening and Grand Opening event for the Hollywood Casino Toledo, until the site was deemed independently operational.
