Summary

To accurately define my expert level of skills acquired in my background I would have to start down a path that begins at Property Management and veers off to Culinary Operation Excellence. Both roads are paved with anticipatory customer service and refined by interpersonal communication skills.

Excellence in customer service is not only for your guests/clientele but internal employees as well. Most of my management career has included HR responsibilities. I find employee engagement to be one of the most important driving factors of growing a companies flow to the bottom line. Engaged employees creates retention that saves the company long term creating a "win-win".

The beautiful state of California that I grew up in is now unrecognizable to me. As a father of three spirited little girls and husband to a former dressage jumper we are looking to relocate the family to an affordable 2 acres of land where my wife and children can have horses.

Beginning at the age of 15 I have worked a full to double time schedule that includes working weekends. I have been on call for flooding and staffing nightmares for almost 20 years and I'm just about to turn 35. I wanted to prove that you could make it in this state without a formal degree from a university. Along the way I have reflected on my skills, my accomplishments, and my goals for the future. I am in search of a position that creates a work-life balance still alive in the great state of Texas. Optimistically I search for a position starting around 8am and ending around 5pm, Monday through Friday. I am willing to work one weekend a month in addition to the regular schedule.

My skills range from agriculture property management (plumbing, solar, event disasters) to customer service excellence (training, ecommerce, phone systems, email platforms). I am willing to fly at my own cost to meet in person. Thank you for your time and consideration.
