Phoenix Yuravnia Yevgenovich Karpova

I am a a regional director and oversee 8 group homes, 80+ staff, and multiple members, from all backgrounds of life. I also work as a DTA Manager in Flagstaff. I overseeing the health and well being of members and staff. I provided medical support, mental health support and support to the daily functions of the group homes and DTA program. I travel to Flagstaff, Prescott, Showlow, Kingman and other parts of Northern Arizona on a weekly basis, to provide the proper support for the areas I cover. I am also responsible for hiring, training, support and disciplinary action for all the staff in my region.

Responding to any type of medical or mental health emergencies that occurred with the appropriate treatment. I provide direct medical care to patients and work with the medical team to ensure the quality of life for patients. As a caseworker I worked in ensuring patients got the support they need while they are I. Our care and set them up for success with continuous care once they went home. In my security role, I helped maintain the security of patience who are on suicide watch or are having mental health emergencies as well and ensuring the safety of staff and members.

I cover half the state and also work on the Reservations.

I worked on a 24/7 Mobile Crisis Unit in Northern Arizona. I would be called out anywhere someone was needing support and resources. I often worked in hospitals, jails, schools, community places and in people’s homes. I would work with law enforcement, medical providers, school staff, family members or friends of members and members who would call us. I was the only one who was a veteran and trained to deal with Veteran Crisis, and Human Trafficking Trauma and specialized in combat veteran trauma and sexual assault victims. I also help set up Terros in the Northern Arizona. I helped open up Flagstaff, Prescott, and Kingman offices.

I worked with helping passengers get onto their planes safely. I worked with the behavioral unit of TSA, and as a K9 officer and worked on screening passengers. This includes doing pat downs, checking documentation, checking luggage, screening passengers. I would preventing weapons, explosives, and other hazardous materials from entering the site. Working with multiple chemicals, while processing passenger and luggage. I would search people and their luggage. I would work with the X-Ray machine, chemical testing machine, computers and worked preventing forged documentations. Worked in Arizona, Florida and Georgia.Ensured passenger safety through thorough screenings and document verification.
