I began my employment as a cashier; however, I was trained in various positions within the first few months of my hiring. I took on packing responsibilities and focused on increasing my work pace, as every second is valuable. Additionally, I learned to stock supplies effectively, ensuring that everything is always prepared for service. I prioritize maintaining an organized and clean work area before the start of each day. I consistently clean as I work to ensure that my workspace remains tidy throughout the day. In the fast food industry, I place a strong emphasis on sanitation. Furthermore, I have developed the ability to stay alert to my surroundings and work with a sense of urgency. Due to my capabilities, managing shifts has become one of my responsibilities. My skills in overseeing shifts include planning daily tasks for each employee, managing financial transactions, ensuring effective time management, and solving problems as they arise.
