
I have dedicated my career to serving the youth in various capacities . My expertise is in managing all aspects of community initiatives to ensure positive outcomes for local young people and families . In addition, I have coordinated after school programs and summer camps, focusing on team building activities, local field trips, and community driven events. My primary objective is to aid in bridging the gap in community resources by offering more equitable education opportunities. There by contributing positively to my work environments through interpersonal skills, teamwork, and other collaborative efforts . This will lead to enhanced work practices and morale, fostering positive achievement in our community.
Lead Leaders
• Be accountable to everyone on your team and holds everyone accountable for their responsibilities as a leader and in their own walk with Christ.
• Meet with each leader once a month to check in and provide encouragement.
• Ensure every leader is working on their 3, 12, 72.
• Pray for your leaders and kids in your schools.
Organize and plan
• Plan team meetings once a month.
• Inform team members about trainings and All Area Leadership times held area wide.
• Communicate with leaders about needs relating to fundraising events.
• Share with the Area Director in the vision and strategy for the future of the area.
• Look out for adults, parents, potential leaders, etc. who could be more involved in Young Life.
Contact Work
• Set an example in contact work and check in with leaders to see if they are doing contact work.
• Coordinate how contact work is being done in your school.
Club
• Plan club, and delegate duties to team members.
• Pick up supplies needed for club.
• Regularly attend and participate in weekly Club meetings.
Campaigners
• Coordinate with team members about Campaigners.
• Lead or participate in a Campaigners group.
Camp
• Work with leaders to get kids signed up for camp.
• Coordinate with YL Staff in getting kids to camp and fundraising needs.
• Attend summer camp and weekend camps.
Used creativity and passion to plan and implement activities from one or more of the five broad categories listed above to youth (ages 8-18).
Managed administrative time wisely to respond to emails, turn in monthly activity calendars, report attendance, and complete other administrative duties as necessary
Shopped for needed supplies and materials within a budget monthly.
