

Critical care nursing professional supporting the coordination demands of Critical Care Charge Nurse role. Manages up to 11 patient assignments per shift, real-time escalation, and bedside priorities across high-acuity shifts while keeping communication clear within the interdisciplinary team including; physicians, supervisors, and bed management. Draws on ACLS/BLS/PALS, ventilator management, stroke protocols and sepsis response experience to keep the unit organized and to help ensure the best outcome for each patient.
