The greatest asset a person can have is liking people. Enjoying the opportunity to help others with an excellent product or service can be extremely rewarding. Meeting needs of consumers means patiently listening to them, offering suggestions, listening to their answers and then providing solutions.
In addition to assisting customers with sales and purchases, I was trained by Wells Fargo Premiere Assets (foreclosures) department to vacate foreclosure properties, assess property flaws, get contractors to submit bids for bringing properties up to code, watch and confirm contractors' work, then market and sell the properties.
Managed and sold foreclosure properties for Wells Fargo by continuing education in Premiere Asset Services, county laws, finding construction workers to meet Wells Fargo standards, overseeing work brought up to code, working with several jurisdictions from Edgewater to Palm Coast in Florida. Marketing and selling properties as quickly as possible for Wells Fargo. Analytically finding best price for properties. Prudential Transact sold the business to Realty Pros, thus the move to a new company.
Because of my expertise in business and handling of transfer of properties, as a relatively new agent I was nominated by Real Estate Manager/Owner James Crumbaugh to take training from Wells Fargo Premiere Assets in order to handle properties in legal foreclosure. Only one person was nominated from pre-designated areas of Florida to take the training. Prudential was sold to Florida Realty along with other real estate companies to become Prudential Florida Realty under the management of Rei Mesa. The sale of the business led me to take educational advancements like NAR's Graduate of Real Estate Institute, Five Star Academy Master Certificate REOs, Regulations, Short Sales, etc.
