Marketing and selling properties as quickly as possible for Wells Fargo. Analytically finding best price for properties. Prudential Transact sold the business to Realty Pros, thus the move to a new company.

Because of my expertise in business and handling of transfer of properties, as a relatively new agent I was nominated by Real Estate Manager/Owner James Crumbaugh to take training from Wells Fargo Premiere Assets in order to handle properties in legal foreclosure. Only one person was nominated from pre-designated areas of Florida to take the training. Prudential was sold to Florida Realty along with other real estate companies to become Prudential Florida Realty under the management of Rei Mesa. The sale of the business led me to take educational advancements like NAR's Graduate of Real Estate Institute, Five Star Academy Master Certificate REOs, Regulations, Short Sales, etc.
