Volunteer work (Humane Heros)

I volunteered at Humane Heros for roughly a year in 2019 until COVID-19 broke out & I unfortunately had to stop. I am familiar with the color coding & safety procedures for both cats & dogs. I am trained on proper conduct when dealing with animals, & preventing potentially dangerous situations. I understand dogs & how they respond to human body language. I have been raising cats my entire life & understand them extremely well. I am level-headed & aware when handling animals. I regard animals highly & care deeply about their safety & flourishing. I have been told I am friendly & charismatic when in the workplace which translates into customer & employee relations.
