- Currently I am returning to being an Upper School Chinese teacher, teaching Mandarin II through IV.
- Over the years, I have taught students ranging from 3rd grade to 12th grade.
- I also organize various Chinese culture events at our school, such as the Lunar New Year assembly, virtual meetings with Chinese schools, Chinese and Taiwanese musicians on campus, Peking Opera experience, Chinese artists workshops and events on doing business in China.

- In July 2023 and 2024, I worked as an instructor for the STARTALK Cape Cod Chinese Teachers Retreat.
- I presented workshops on Comprehensible Input Inspired Chinese curriculum design, instructional activities and games, assessment and projects, social emotional learning, promotion of cultural diversity through the lens of Chinese classes, and the use of technology and AI. During the school year, the cohorts continue with Zoom meetings.

- 2012-2013: As the secretary of OATC, my main job is maintaining membership relationship and assisting the president on various matters.
- 2013-2016: I served as the president of OATC. During my time, I worked on these areas for this organization: OATC's representation in OFLA, OATC's website, membership expansion, updated online communication with members via Wechat and Gmail, annual workshops, and annual Chinese essay and speech contest.
- 2017-2021: I was the Columbus regional coordinator of OATC.
- 2021-Now: I volunteer as the treasurer of OATC.

- During this 4-day on-site visit, I served as a world language review team member, along with 3 world language department chairs from 3 different schools.
- We met and talked with the world language teachers at the client school, conducted in-class observations, held in-depth conversations with different constituents of the school, and evaluated the world language program.
- After the visit, the team worked on a report providing commendations and recommendations for the world language program at the school.
