Built proficiency in running and pulling completions and casing sections with different Tubing and Casing Hangers locking mechanisms in SOLIDrill, MB-218, MB-257 and Banzala Wellhead systems, reaching product and service delivery on more than 70 wells.

Introduced the new method to quantify procedural adherence, allowing a data driven decision making for field coordinators.

Replaced field supervisors as required, managing requests, field deliverables and resources deployment.

• Captured field data and prepared weekly inventory and daily operations reports.
• Introduced the new Wellhead Survey Checklist, standardizing the data capture structure for surveys and wellsite visits, eliminating client complains and securing their endorsement after being used in 7 visits.
• Engaged in a diverse team to install 4 offset Tubing Hangers for the first time in the location for the company with incident-free operations and without NPT.

• Experience in Conventional, Multibowl and Compact Wellhead Systems with both horizontal and vertical composite Christmas Trees.
• Inspected, tested, maintained, repaired and replaced Christmas Tree and Wellhead equipment both on the workshop and the field with adherence to procedures and HSE protocols helping the client maintain well integrity with the lowest possible loss of production.
• Created continuous Improvement projects contributed to the refurbishment and re-organization of 2 toolboxes in the workshop, eliminating waste of tool search.

• Studied means and technologies used by Total to manage cuttings and slope water generated from offshore drilling operations in Block 17.
• Reviewed Daily Drilling and HSE Reports, Databases and transfer notes to determine areas of improvement and correct possible lacks and deviations in the management process.
• Took part of audits and site visits at service providers installations.
