• Data wiping, my role here is to wipe data from the MacBook and iPad using specialized software like Blanco, Blackbelt, etc., to permanently erase data from the devices and ensure that I choose the best software required, considering factors like device type, operating system, storage media, not forgetting compliance, and ensuring the process meets regulatory and industry standards, and verifying that the data erasure process was successful.
• Run tests on newly repaired machinery and equipment to confirm proper functionality.
• Complete scheduled appointments on time to drive quality service.
• Operate specialized diagnostic tools used to identify system faults.
• Utilize various software and tools to streamline processes and optimize performance.

The X5 is a robotic, automated packing machine designed to produce boxes for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and other healthcare products. The following were my roles here.

• Keep detailed reports of maintenance activities performed on machinery.
• Set up the X5 to produce boxes according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Set up and configure the X5 machine for different box sizes and styles, ensuring accuracy and precise production.
• Ensuring quality control by monitoring the quality of boxes produced by the machine and checking for defects.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks on the X5 to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively.
• Identify areas where improvements can be made in terms of efficiency or cost savings.
• Load raw materials into machines according to specified measurements.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately.
• Assisted with troubleshooting issues that arose with facility production processes.
