As a Walmart associate, my responsibilities include shopping for and preparing customer orders. We ensure that customers receive exactly what they've ordered upon their arrival at the store. Providing excellent customer service is crucial, as we are frequently reviewed by the customers. It's a fast-paced environment that allows minimal errors. The role is also physically demanding, often involving the lifting of heavy items such as water packs. Additionally, we remain vigilant in-store to offer assistance to customers in need.

At Don Julio's Mexican Restaurant, I held two different positions: Server and Host. As a Host during weekdays, I greeted customers and escorted them to their tables based on group size and preference, inquiring whether they'd like to be seated indoors or outdoors. On weekends, as a Server, I presented menus to customers, took their orders once they were ready, relayed the orders to the kitchen, and served the food when it was prepared. It was crucial to check on the customers at least once after serving their food. Finally, I would provide them with their bill and ensure their satisfaction with both the meal and the service.

• At Pizza Hut, the server's role involves taking customers' orders and entering them into the system, allowing cooks to prepare the specified pizzas. Once ready, I would deliver the orders to the customers who chose to dine in.
