Accomplishments

  • Planned and successfully executed the BOR Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Data In Transit (DIT) Encryption and Data at Rest (DAR) Encryption. Due to changes in the current threat environment we were requested to develop a schedule such that we would be 90% across all three initiatives by 12/31/2023. While the original plan called for these projects to be completed December of 2025. We were successfully able to develop and implement a process and plan that allowed us to achieve results of 90% MFA compliance, 94% DIT compliance and 99+% DAR compliance
