Working with Chief Development Officer and staff to logistically coordinate the buildout of a sterile processing lab for the cleaning of surgical instruments. Managing the permit process with the landlord, subcontractors, and City of Boca Raton.

Complete journal entries, reconciliations, and account management through the use of Quickbooks to prepare annual financial documents for four current companies. Also completed the same process to finalize and close three additional companies. Manage the tenant relationship and property management for commercial property located in Fort Lauderdale. Prepared three commercial properties to ready them for the sale process. Worked with each broker and future buyer to consummate successful closings.

Moved from Northern California to South Florida to assist in the process of building out the Florida footprint for a nationwide auto recovery company. Researched and located viable commercial property opportunities within the Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, and Fort Myers markets. Worked with the corresponding building departments to ensure proper property zoning and use. Unfortunately, COVID played a large part of the demise of the auto recovery industry and this company ultimately ceased operations.

Worked and gained knowledge in various departments of the data management software company masterQueue, which specialized in data collection and management for the auto recovery space. MasterQueue's ownership group created a new software called RepoRoute, an auto recovery software used by auto repossession companies, I transitioned to the position of Operations Manager where I ultimately assisted in the successful sale and transition of RepoRoute to a large, national company.
