Moved from Northern California to South Florida to assist in the process of building out the Florida footprint for a nationwide auto recovery company. Researched and located viable commercial property opportunities within the Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, and Fort Myers markets. Worked with the corresponding building departments to ensure proper property zoning and use. Unfortunately, COVID played a large part of the demise of the auto recovery industry and this company ultimately ceased operations.
Worked and gained knowledge in various departments of the data management software company masterQueue, which specialized in data collection and management for the auto recovery space. MasterQueue's ownership group created a new software called RepoRoute, an auto recovery software used by auto repossession companies, I transitioned to the position of Operations Manager where I ultimately assisted in the successful sale and transition of RepoRoute to a large, national company.
