Project overview: The project objective was to implement a robust congestion management system to help subscribers in order to mitigate network traffic from multiple sources.

Responsibilities:

Worked as an E2E Test Manager for the project, undertaking the following responsibilities:

• Oversaw the delivery of all testing and reporting tasks from Offshore for the project, including the review of deliverables and ensuring quality in work done by the offshore team.

• Developed an overarching testing strategy for the project.

• Generated various status reports (Daily, Weekly, TCR, etc.).

• Managed people and handled escalations, including mentoring, motivating, guiding, and resolving conflicts across various workstreams.

• Conducted performance evaluations for the team.

• Implemented industry best practices on the project, including checklists, automating manual work, and incorporating lessons learned.

Project: Largest US based stadium (Greenfield engagement)

Environment: ALM as test management tool, AEM, GCP, ACS, SCRUM Methodology.

Project overview: The project objective was to build a new digital business and enable data platform from scratch for a US based Stadium which in turn helped to enhance fan & shopper engagement, optimize district operations and generate new revenue through data monetization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversaw the delivery of all testing and reporting tasks from the offshore team for the project, ensuring quality through comprehensive review of deliverables.

• Developed detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring the successful completion of the project.

• Conducted thorough reviews of all deliverables before release, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality assurance standards.

• Actively participated in daily scrum meetings, contributing effectively to planning, user story sizing, and retrospective meetings in every sprint.

Environment: TFS as test management tool, Protractor as automation Tool for Angular JS application, Node JS, SCRUM Methodology, Postman and SOAP UI

Project overview: Automation of a B2B portal, which enables various types of Users to create and manage Purchase Orders and Subscriptions. Comprehensive database testing using SQL and Big Query to ensure the resilience and reliability if the product.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing user stories for each sprint, assessing story points and estimating hours required. Documenting test data requirements.

• Conducting peer reviews of test cases and evaluating automation feasibility. Crafting manual test cases, test suites, and automation scripts for multiple modules during in-sprint testing.

• Creating an automation test suite for testing the Angular JS application.

• Developing manual test cases incorporating complex SQL queries to ensure the resilience of the database system.

• Executing test cases, logging and monitoring defects, and generating comprehensive execution reports.

• Serving as the sole Point of Contact (POC) for the testing team and taking complete ownership of testing for a Scrum team.

Project: Largest Australian Bank

Environment: ALM as test management tool, Selenium Web driver, Test NG framework, Maven, Apache POI, Agile Methodology.

Project overview: Verification of Home Loan Application & new logic for fast transactions, which has been implemented by an Australian bank.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed the Business Requirements Document, adjusted test plans based on requirements, and formulated detailed test cases for new functionality.

• Conducted peer reviews and walkthrough of test cases, documenting results and identifying defects, questionable functions, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content.

• Executed SQL queries to validate successful transactions and utilized JIRA as a test management tool. Developed a test plan for automation and selected test cases suitable for automation.

• Established an Automation Framework in POM (Page Object Model) and crafted scripts in Java, executing them using Selenium Web Driver.

Project: Health Insurance Company

Environment: SQL Server, Mainframe DB, Web based application, EDI File handling, agile methodology.

Project overview: The project objective was to process the users requested medical insurance claim & Services.

Responsibilities:

• Examined the Business Requirements Document and created detailed test cases for new functionality, ensuring effective QA implementation throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

• Employed agile methodology to guarantee that new features met customer requirements and adhered to acceptable QA standards.

• Identified and tracked defects, generated bug reports, and submitted comprehensive test reports.
