• Providing legal advice and support to executive leadership and management through merger and acquisition.
• Responding to threats of litigation from employees and workers' compensation claims.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Managed all aspects of threatened and active litigation in complex legal matters pending in both state and federal court. Key responsibilities included:

• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, ADR, and court proceedings.
• Developing case strategy.

• Primary fact development and briefing in multistate CERCLA mediations with federal government.
• Advised clients on decommissioning of mine and containment of radioactive material in compliance with federal and state laws.
