Chatbot is a conversation-based service offering that employs natural language processing technology to identify customer’s intent and a business interface allowing customer care agents to provide relevant information to customers and fulfil their intent.

Responsibilities:

• E2E API testing of java microservices’ using JMeter Check logs of microservice’s response in Kubernetes cluster, Splunk.
• Perform validation on IBM/Microsoft bots and creates journey according to requirement.
• Perform L&P testing on chatbot-microservices.
• Created cucumber framework for automating chat plugin.
• Verify database value in MongoDB.
• Updated the test cases in ATM tool of JIRA.
• Performed defect tracking & management in JIRA.
• Implemented the CI/CD for regression test suite in Jenkins.
• Participating in regular project stand up call and all sprint activities.
• Handling the QA team and guide them for the QA process & improvement.

Horizon (Asurion) - Horizon is an application which is designed to automate the Claims processing for all the Clients across Asurion.

• This application is used by Asurion clients call canter to complete claim quickly and easily.
• This application processes new claims and most unfinished claims depending upon their status.
• It processes Claim in a faster and easier way
• Subscriber can file a claim for lost, stolen,damaged and malfunctioning mobile handset.

Responsibilities:

• Implemented automation using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, and Maven.
• Developed BDD tests using Cucumber by writing behaviors and step definitions.
• Developed required Selenium support code in JAVA for Cucumber.
• Creating Jenkins Job for Cucumber execution.
• Preparing and executing Automation test cases to verify functional specifications.
• Executing the Automation Regression scripts and reporting status and result of execution.
• Performed Defect Tracking & Management in JIRA.

Activ4Pets- ADO Pets is a project of Active Doctors Consult LLC aim to provide telemedicine services for Pets, similar to the nature of ADO, which serves human community. We also have Mobile, IOS application for the same

Responsibilities:

• Performed functional testing, system testing, compatibility testing, GUI testing and regression testing on the web and as well as on mobile (Android and I phone) and I-pad also.
• Writing manual test cases, executing test cases, bug tracking and bug reporting.
• Involved in writing and executing automation scripts using Selenium Web driver.
• Identify the test cases needs to automate perform the tasks of performing different types of testing- system level and functional testing.
• Coordinated with project managers and developers, and analyzed all tests conducted on various products and components.
• Assisted software developers and performed troubleshoot on process and identified bugs in systems.

• It helps to book health check appointment to know the body biometric details and to understand what major steps need to take to live healthy life.
• Appointment system covers 500miles clinics to provide health check- ups.
• Boots locations+ other brands location is committed with RTH system.
• RTH system also provides health care advice, weekly health programmers’ so that user can control his/her daily lifestyle.
• User can set health targets/goals to achieve to achieve good health.
