• Built and refined sound engineering practices around agility, continuous improvement, and delivery of the product, with delivery cycle of two days.

• Promoted to the role from being the second developer in a 10 person company to a Director level role in a company with 200+ employees
• Was responsible for the modules of the system starting from the public facing API layer to the data store and an enterprise leading data integrations platform
• Managing multiple environments partnering with the IT Ops team, keeping the system uptime SLA's of 99.99%
• Responsible for delivery of various RFPs for government agencies and Fortune 100 companies
• Responsible for controls that ensure compliance with the company's SOC2 audit certification

Key Achievements

• Introduced Facebook authentication and using OAuth providers to MS HealthVault.
• Pioneered the effort to redesign the authentication layer in HealthVault to a more standard provider model that is better manageable by operations and international partners.
• Worked on the design and development of several API's for the consumption of internal and external HealthVault partners. Dealt with several issues related like backwards compatibility and user support through forums.
• Managed and maintained all aspects of the system dealing with health data entry, sharing and reporting.
