- Testing of Transformers (25/15 kV Single and three phase) for distribution line in Rural Electrification.
- Manage and trained all team members on construction site for daily work duties, responsibilities and safety to build a high skilled, performance focused, innovative, passionate team.
- Management of Electrical installation with contractors and subcontractors such as exothermal welding of copper wires for earthing purpose, fittings of insulators, stringing activity to established transmission line etc.
- Co-ordinated with consultant and engineer for network design to monitor contractors regarding the construction progress in field.
- Responsible for cost estimation, prepare and evaluation of Tender/ Bid documents.
