As the Director of Product Management at Lookout, I oversee the development and delivery of a cutting-edge, enterprise-grade Secure Service Edge (SSE) solution, incorporating next-generation Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and advanced Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) products.

In this key role, I am responsible for:

• Direct the product vision and strategy for a comprehensive Secure Service Edge solution, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
• Drive product innovation and differentiation by identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging security threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market strategies.

As the PM lead, played a key role in ideating, developing, and launching Citrix's SASE/ZTNA offerings – Citrix Secure Private Access & Secure Internet Access.

• Developed and launched a comprehensive product solution from scratch, overseeing all stages from ideation to market introduction. Successfully transitioned the product from concept to a fully functional solution.
• Drove significant business growth, achieving an ARR of $4 million within 2 years. This growth was driven by strategic product development, effective market positioning, and customer acquisition strategies.
