• As a team, we doubled the TikTok Academy user base to 54k users globally (+100% growth since March 1 2023) through understanding learners' needs, improving user experience and providing educational resources that effectively taught learners how to use TikTok.
• Developed Q2 2023 strategy and direction for Docebo LMS operations, informing Ancoris, a third-party agency. Conducted academy UI/UX analysis and facilitated Q2 UI/UX enhancements, resulting in the successful redesign of various elements such as the course catalogue, registration process, NDA page, FAQ page, marketing opt-in update, and learning library design, along with the implementation of filters.
• Led TikTok Academy's GTM efforts by developing a monthly promotion plan and email strategy with the marcomms team. Achieved 155K landing page views and 5,743 course enrolments. And exceeded benchmarks in social engagement and blog traffic rankings.
• In efforts to enhance team productivity, I developed a comprehensive task management system and centralized library. This amalgamation of project workstreams enabled each team member to gain a holistic view of project progress while facilitating a clear understanding of workload and timelines. Additionally, I integrated agency tasks into these workstreams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
• Established a centralized operations hub to streamline access to resources and updates for regions. Collaborated closely with regional partners to identify and address their educational requirements. Conducted monthly regional meetings to ensure alignment and dissemination of content and platform updates.
• Created H2 2023 TikTok Academy content calendar in collaboration with GMS.
• Worked with website team to Google Analytics, moved academy URL under TT4B, and worked with marcomms team to secure Hubspot account.
• Standardized localization process in collaboration with regions and LMC.
• Oversaw TikTok Academy analytics and measurement operations. It included producing monthly reports for leadership and regional teams, developing a reporting dashboard to track user journey flow and course completion in collaboration with Ancoris.
