Project involves vehicle testing, system integration or application or validation requirements engineering for camera based driver assistance functions like lateral control, road departure mitigation, predictive emergency brake systems, traffic sign recognition, head light control
and autonomous driving functions. Responsible for camera vehicle integration, debugging or troubleshooting using automotive development tools such as CANalyzer, CANape and Matlab. Also responsible for bench and vehicle testing like public road and test track.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• In-vehicle and simulation or bench performance calibration of camera sensor-based algorithms to meet both objective and subjective customer and Bosch
  performance specifications.
• Responsible for evaluating customer specifications
  and translating the system requirements into Rational DOORS, evaluate requirements and
  test coverage, and support issue or defect tracking.
• Responsible to define and document test cases
  or test strategy, analyze and document test data or results.
• Responsible to ensure system development, validation, and delivery according to guidelines and processes
  in place.
• Responsible to support test drives with customer and will be the first point of contact for OEM for application topics.
• Responsible to prepare technical presentations for customer.

Client: Fiat Chrysler Automobiles

Project involves HIL validation of Chrysler vehicle line features for Body and Chassis using dSPACE simulator and control desk experiment tool. Developing test procedures of ECUs (body and chassis) for various Chrysler vehicle lines. The developed test procedures are validated on Simulink environment. Project also involves Hardware in loop testing of ECUs using python scripting.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Setting up the dSPACE, simulator test bench for Hardware in Loop (HIL) validation. Analyzing requirements for the Automated Test Execution Framework.
• Interact with Customer, vendor, offshore team for issue discussion and query resolution. Body & Chassis Electronics Modules HIL Validation and HIL Software Testing for Vehicle build permutations (covering multiple variants, markets) on system bench.
• Hardware Configuration for HIL System Test Bench and LABCAR design. Generate executable script (Python) for automation of test case.
• Functional, End of line (EOL) Testing, Root Cause analysis of identified issues.
• Network Management, Voltage Profiles and Diagnostics.

Client: Eaton Corporation

Scope of the project is to test the No Touch Low Touch (NTLT) device commissioning tool. Project involves connecting the supporting meter devices with NTLT Loader and configuring these devices using NTLT Loader application.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Understand the specific requirements of the project and writing and executing test cases for all the feature.
• Participated in daily scrum and grooming meeting. Manually verifying the REST API's.
• Identifying the issues and reporting as bug in bug tracking tool JIRA.
• Verifying the Fixed bugs by the developers.

Client: CNH Industries

HIL Testing of Off Highway Vehicle: Project deals with the Hardware in Loop Simulation Development for Universal Control Module. The project involved validation of UCM software using dSPACE tool. The Validation process is completely automated with Python script testing using dSPACE Automation Desk also validate manually using Control Desk, which generates the HTML /PDF reports which gives detailed information about the results of the test cases.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Requirements Analysis for test cases identification and creation of Test Plan. Test Case Scripting & Automation Testing using dSPACE Automation Desk.
• Creating GUI and Panel Interface using dSPACE Control Desk Tool and completing Mapping of all the Parameters with Panel Interface.
• Creation of Fault Simulation Files for FIU Unit (Open, Short to VBat, Short to Gnd). Manual testing using Control Desk.
• Identifying bugs from software through system execution. Technical discussion with offshore/onsite coordinator.
