• Primary responsibility to support the site management and supervisor in compliance with client HSE management system.
• Coaching on Safe Systems of Work to all site employees, including, but not limited to, Risk assessments, Toolbox Talks, Lift Plans, Permit to Work, Working at Height Plans and Manual Handling arrangements.
• Supporting site management with compliance to COSHH, Working at Height, Manual Handling and other applicable HSE procedures.
• Intervention and coaching to site employees to stop the job where required.
• Maintaining positive Safety Culture on site.
• Providing guidance to site management and supervisors on completion of incident reports and implementation of actions from report.
• Delivering in-house HSE training packages as developed by HSEQ department.
• Observing operations and giving guidance of safe working practices.
• Engagement of the workforce in safety through:

· Workshops on HSE topics

· Discussions of Lessons Learned

· Delivery and discussions of Safety Themes

· Attendance and participation in Safety Meetings

· Participation and guidance in site inspection completion.

• Delivery of training and coaching to ensure hazard identification, personal risk perception and awareness are maintained by all site employees.
• Promote the Task & High Impact Risk Assessment process and support operational teams in conducting new and reviews of risk assessments.
• Providing guidance to site personnel in delivery of inductions to contractors, visitors and new employees.

Project: Vedanta Cairn India Limited - EPC Services for Integrated Gas Surface Facilities for Raageshwari Deep Gas Terminal (IGSF)

• Designing & conducting suitable training &education programs for all level.
• Developing and Delivering HSE & Lifting short term and long-term courses.
• Plan, develop, coordinate and facilitate safety training requirements related to lifting & rigging.
• Developing HSE related lifting & rigging, H2S, BA & Authorized Gas Testing training modules and packages
• Conducting various HSE & Lifting trainings for staff & workforce both classroom and onsite.
• Conducting job related HSE trainings to employees and sub-contractors in co-ordination with the concerned sections/ departments, as required.

• Developing and evaluating HSE Training procedures
• Conducting& arranging for ongoing HSE training and personal development classes for staff members
• Conferring with management and conducting surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors
• Developing and organizing training database, multimedia visual aids, and other training materials
• Performing onsite assessments of the workers based on clients training matrix
• Submitting detailed reports of findings with recommendations of change as required
• Providing industry recommended frequencies for renewal of training
• Identifying quantity or competency of training for the lifting & rigging, safety watch, Fire watch & CS Attendant
• Determining what activities are sensitive and require client representation

• Competency Gap Analysis for Level 1, 2 & 3 (Observer, verify, questing and simulation method)
• Development of varies Assessment process (paper based, Site based, Pictorial assessment for unskilled and simulator assessments for operator’s)

Project: Saudi Aramco & Total Refinery & Petrochemical Limited (SATORP) – EPC Services for JUBAIL EXPORT REFINERY PROJECT.

Job Responsibilities:

• Control of chemicals – Risk assessments, written procedures, MSDS, storage, selection of personal protective equipment, training, disposal etc
• Accident & incident investigation with detailed reporting to Management and the HSE– Environmental monitoring – including noise monitoring, dust monitoring
• Bring the awareness and proper good practices to the individual for his safety commitment for the site statistics
• Maintains proactive safety approach to prevent damage to human and environment
• Investigates all incidents i.e., occupational injuries, motor vehicle accident, equipment damages, fire and explosions, dangerous occurrences and near misses, root causes and suggesting recommendation to prevent recurrence of similar accidents
• Maintain report and report statistical records pertaining to safety such as man-hours worked, near misses, incidents and related to environment and occupational health.

Project: ADCO PIG LAUCHER & RECEIVER SHUTDOWN PROJECT.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with ADCO shift control for obtaining PTW, arranging ADCO HSE induction, Arranging Driving license inside CDS
• PTW verification
• Excavation work: Detecting underground services using cable detectors & metal detectors, buried cable/pipe protection, continuous gas monitoring & ensuring protection underground services, shoring protection for soil collapse
• Control of hot work activities: PTW verification, gas test using calibrated multi gas tester, conducting tool box talk, area inspection of existing pipe line, pump station, storage tanks, sewer, drains etc., double layer protection for drains, sewer & welding booth & live cables
• Deputation of trained fire watch / hole watch, presence of job performer
• Crane operation: Proper PTW (vehicle entry, road closure permit, cold work) , safe positioning of crane in order to protect underground services, drainage, sewer & culvert/bridges, overhead pipelines
• Daily inspection of power tools, cable condition, spark arrester & housekeeping
• Tie-in work: Adherence to PTW, Use of non sparking tools, safe handover of pipelines &equipments, gas monitoring & housekeeping.

Project: Qatar Gas – EPC Services for Laffan Refinery Project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting job related HSE trainings to employees and sub-contractors in co-ordination with the concerned sections/ departments, as required.
• Demonstrated a high level of initiative and creativity while tackling difficult tasks.
• Worked flexible hours across night, weekend and holiday shifts.
