• 9, District C: Teamship Summer Program, Collaborated with a team of three toward our 'client' Zach Howard, founder of SKLLD, to help revive his company aimed toward helping incarcerated people find jobs and necessary training. Interviewed Mr. Howard and analyzed gaps and problems in his company agenda including communication barriers, inconsistent follow-up schedule, and a deficiency in job training varieties. At the end of this program, we presented these solutions to Mr. Howard to address SKLLD's problems. Attained a certification of completion as well as a letter of appreciation from Mr. Howard as he looks to implement our solutions.

Learned how memory works toward studying and how to take notes in specific forms (Cornell Method, Mind Map Method, etc.). Learned to prepare for assessments early by splitting up study time prior to the assessment in small periods.
