• Mahadasara—I managed the music night as part of the core team for our annual college fest. It involved everything from working with artists and food vendors to guaranteeing safety and managing the crowd. It was witnessing a chaotic Google Sheet transform into a live event.
• ByteFlick—We organized a 24-hour Webathon and a Hackathon that attracted participants from more than 15 colleges. My responsibilities included sponsorship, logistics, and managing volunteers.
• Office-wide treasure hunt—I organized a company-wide treasure hunt to promote team engagement and interaction across departments. I created tailored, company-branded clues and planned the complete route through office areas.

Whether it’s dealing with logistics, overseeing communications, or addressing unforeseen issues in real time, I’ve always taken a hands-on approach to coordination.

I think that these experiences have prepared me to take on similar responsibilities during my master’s, be it organizing academic seminars, social events, hackathons, or cultural meetups. I take real pleasure in crafting environments that facilitate the convergence of ideas and individuals.
