  • WCIS(Wholesale Customer Information System), which is Commercial Customer Master data application, which consolidates data from around 30 applications and stores Customer data, including Legal, Sales and Credit Hierarchies and also derives and stores Risk Rating Data for each customer.
  • Leading a team of 3 people, for analyzing and fixing data discrepancies between source application and WCIS.
  • Daily Monitoring and risk analysis of DQE (Data Quality Engine) failures and fixing DQE failures using defined Remediation process.
  • Helped reduce DQE failures from initial 15% DQE failures to less than 1% DQE failures.
  • Working with multiple teams – WCIS Integrations, Production Support, Development and QA teams to root cause issues and fix the issues. Scheduled and Lead weekly/monthly meetings with Internal Stakeholders to discuss enhancements or resolve issues, related to data received by WCIS.

  • As part of Cisco Support Team, worked on Cisco Services Issues Prioritization & Optimization for Quoting, Ordering and Financial Tools. The issues were fixed using axeum Agile Methodology:
